The bacteria present in the body expel out through feces and these can enter inside the body if hands are not cleaned well, eating food that is contaminated, drinking contaminated water, and eating meat that has bacteria present in them.

Eating food that is virudha( Incompatible) as well as food that causes Ama (digestive endotoxins) ,aggravates Vata and Kapha and turns them into nonabsorbable and unassimilable forms. This favors the genesis of krimi and causes the ailment.
