It is the condition which leads to certain medical problems and social difficulties for people. A person is said to be obese if his or her BMI is beyond 30. Obesity can lead to many health issues like diabetes, Hypertension, gallstones, gastro – oesophageal reflux disease, as well as psychological problems. According to ayurveda kapha prakriti people are likely to be more prone to obesity.
