Abstract

Human body is made up of 70% of water. In the human body around 50% body fat contains water, also 75% of muscle tissues are made up of water. How to consume?

  • Take four- five tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Drink this mixture along with plenty of water.

Watermelon

  • Consume it in the morning for six months. You can also take pure basil juice or chew three to four basil leaves daily if you don’t like the taste of honey.
  • In another option, one can drink basil tea. Add five to six basil leaves in boiling water. Let it steep for about 10 minutes. After it cools, add one teaspoon of honey. Drink this tea twice in a day for better results.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar home remedy for kidney stone is quite effective due to its alkalinizing effects on blood and urine.

How to consume?

  • Mix two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of honey in one cup of warm water.
  • Drink it two times in a day.

Nettle Leaf
