  • You can take 2-3 ripe Tomatoes and boil them for 5-10 minutes.
  • Peel them, crushed and strain the tomato juice.
  • Take a pan to add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, cumin, salt and turmeric.
  • Add tomato juice and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • You must have this one time a day.

3. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

  • This plant has very high diuretic properties for the treatment of various diseases. This plant is abundantly available in the region of North Africa and South Asia.
