Abstract
Lymph nodes are one of the important parts of our immune system which acts as a node between the lymphatic vessels. These nodes are the filtering system of the body that is effective in trapping the viruses, bacteria as well as other harmful pathogens. These nodes are present on different parts of the body including neck, groin, pelvis, armpit etc. Lymph nodes are very important for the body especially for the normal functioning of the body. They are small and bean shaped but when the cells present in them start to grow rapidly it gives rise to benign growth also known as Castleman Tumor. Introduction
Castleman Tumor is a rare disorder that especially affects the lymph nodes and involves the rapid growth of cells as well as the tissues related to it. Causes
