Abstract
Moebius syndrome is the rare condition of neurological disorder in which paralysis or weakness of various cranial nerves, mostly occur in the abducens and facial nerves. This syndrome is present by birth. Abducens’ palsy and congenital facial features were firstly represented by Von Graefe in 1880 and Moebius in 1888. Moebius syndrome with 7th nerve involvement is not able to frown, smile, raise the eyebrows, pucker the lips, etc and with 6th nerve involvement leads to defective limbs, pectoral muscle underdevelopment, eyes cannot move outward the midline, etc. It is not a progressive disease. Introduction

It is a polyherbal capsule made from brahmi (bacopa monnieri), ashwagandha (withania somnifera). It is bitter and astringent in taste and light and slightly hot in effect. It is a pacifier of all the three doshas (vata, pitta and kapha). It has a tonic effect on the brain and the nervous system.
